This is a re-occuring problem with DPD.. You get given a delivery time slot.. and THEN, they don't deliver! And just to infuriate you even more.. they say they have tried to deliver (even though you have patiently waited ALL day at home) and they don't. You are then forced to re schedule for a following date, which in my opinion they find it very difficult to honour as well. However, what makes my blood boil the most, is that there is no way to contact DPd by phone? I have sent countless emails which have never been returned or answered. I find it very difficult to believe why any self respecting company, particularly Amazon would want to associate with a bunch of such deceitful liars.
