The Saturday 12 noon delivery, for which I paid an extra £19 pounds, was not made in spite of the fact that the PC was at my local depot 8 miles away at 05:34 on Saturday morning. They wanted me to pay for a "Delivery Upgrade" to deliver the PC when I was actually at home (i.e after 17:00 or the next Saturday). I had to collect the PC myself in order to avoid further expense or delay. My email enquiries were ignore for two days! This was the only down side to purchasing from PC Specialist
