After many years of receiving deliveries at home, and also dealing with carriers through business, DPD are the first company ever to show it is possible to provide an excellent service.
The only comment I will make is that I received a lot of text messages at short notice to suggest I could rearrange the deliver; the parcel was already on its way, so I just wonder if I had changed the delivery would it have still gone smoothly.
Meanwhile, thank you DPD, a breath of fresh air.
