I am very disappointed with DPD. I expected a solid precise service from them however everything is so difficult with this company.
The online platform is the most confusing touchpoint with the them. I can track my parcel from at least 3 different places. All of them provide my parcel information differently. 1–The UK instant finder can not find my parcel at all. 2–The global one can but does not provide all the information. 3–But going in to some hidden submenu I was able to get the precise location of my item.
There customer service on the phone is a little weird. I tried to reach them friday at 6:27, but I was unable to talk anyone as there office closes 6:30. I found this a bit strange for an international company. Anyways the automated voice advised me to call them on saturday from 8am to 1pm. I have been calling them since 8am but no one picks up my phone just the same automated voice says that they are closed and I should call them back on Saturday 8am to 1pm. It is saturday 9:10. !!! Rubbish service!!!
