Was due the delivery of a expensive laptop, sat at home waiting, tv on quiet so I could hear the door. delivery was expected between 11.30 and 12.30. Nothing arrived in this time, no knock at the door. Out of curiosity I checked the tracking information. I read, delivered! Signed for by someone! To which I burst outside looking around, I clocked a young labourer looking at me from inside a empty house, who called to his mate who was also a labourer. At that point I approached. They didn't live in the house, it was a empty house being renovated. He handed over the package! I was certain that If I hadn't gone looking for it, it would have been stolen! I was amazed that DPD driver Andrew (in the north east) handed over my package to random labourers without even knocking on the door!

I sent a complaint to both the company I ordered from and DPD and heard little back, I was told DPD will do in house investigations, so I cant even get anymore information about the matter, as to why it happened!

I will never buy from any company using DPD again!
