I paid for Next Day delivery, it arrived 4 days later, DPD rerouted the parcel to Birmingham and I live in the south of England. In the mean time the website told me it was arriving on time. When I attempted to call the company I could only get automated responses. The following day I managed to be forwarded to the call centre, the lady I spoke to was brash and not at all helpful. I wish ASOS offered an alternative courier service, thankfully ASOS reimbursed me for the delivery cost for this atrocious delivery service. I got no apology from DPD.
