I ordered presents online in November. I even paid extra for priority shipping which stated it would be here by the 10th December.
Now, with just 2 working days left before Christmas, their "online tracking" having not been updated for over 2 weeks, no sign of the package and being ignored by numerous attempts to contact DHL I have to explain to my loved ones why they don't have any gift this Christmas. Appalling company. Avoid at all costs.
