The sender already pay the delivery charge but when I claim it, the item was already open and they ask me to pay 20euro for VAT and extra 10euro for others, a total of 30euros. in case no body at home in time of delivery other carrier will normally call you or leave a note in your door. NO Call NO note that's DHL!!! It happen to me many time. I will never use or recommend NEVER!!!
