I order item online from US,it should be delivered using DHL global mail to Canada and in Canada using Canada Post. When I check tracking on dhl website,it showed item received on Jun 4,whereas I placed order on Jul 6. How can it receive a month earlier? How can they make this kind of mistake? Up to now (Jul 22) haven't received the item yet. Canada post didn't get the item either. I didn't get any email or tracking number from them either. Call dhl customer service, they didn't even know where the item is right now.
