It took them 16 hours from placing order with merchand to fly parcel from Hong Kong to Newcastle. This part was brilliant, but then it took another 75(!!!) hours to deliver it to my house 12 miles away from their depo. Called them twice to ask what is the problem and heard that duty has to be paid. Funny, because duty was paid by sender before parcel left Hong Kong and all papers were attached to the box. If I knew it will take so long to travel 12 miles I would have taken day off work and do them a favour of picking it up by myself.
