Vehicle Breakdown

On looking at your tracking website I saw that my parcel had left Nant Garw (near Cardiff)and should have been delivered the very same day 29th June, 2016.

However, at 5.16 pm it stated those dreadful words "vehicle Breakdown" and there was going to be a slight delay.
Four days on and the tracking status is STILL "vehicle breakdown" believe it or not!

Firstly, do you not have any vans that can take the place of the broken van?

Dear God, it's not ROCKET SCIENCE!!

And so 4 days down the line the poor little van is still "broke" so your entire delivery system has come to a shuddering halt!

If it wasn't so serious this would be laughable in this day and age.

I have a tip for you. If your little vans break down in future, get another van, drive it to the broken van, load it up and on your way with the deliveries!!

Lord, is that THAT hard to do.

In the mean time, after 8 days and the "vehicle breakdown" status still remaining, I am no where near getting my parcel.

Avoided in future and will also recommend to other users on various shopping sites to avoid you at all costs, because it is a game of Russian roulette with you lot. Some get through and some NEVER DO!!!!!
