They simply don't want to know when something goes wrong! They failed to deliver a parcel back in April- first if all they tried to say it was Amazons problem, then they admitted their failure but didn't attach a claims form, finally they sent a claims form but the PDF was distorted, now they are sending blank return email!!!
I have been very understanding and courteous for this length of time despite the fact that I had to give a refund to my customer leaving me out I pocket but now I'm just disgusted at their appalling customer service.
With so many problems with this company isn't it about time the likes of Amazon consider their use as their preferential delivery service?

Are you sure it is CollectPlus? As I am a long term customer of Amazon and not known them to use CollectPlus, unless you meant you returned a parcel via CollectPlus.
