Bought a present for my son off Amazon for the one-day delivery (even though it was cheaper on Play.com but have to wait 3-5 days) and it was dispatched shortly. The next day I don't receive anything and phoned up City Sprint which rudely shouted at me "OK, BUT WE NEVER RECEIVED YOUR ITEM FROM AMAZON". Whatever, I will make sure not to recommend this to any of my friends / family. Amazon fixed my problem and sent out a replacement through a different courier for next day delivery and compensated me £5.
