Wasted my whole afternoon & was then lied to. AVOID!!!!!!

Was told that they would deliver an item between 4 and 7pm today. This was an item that I need for this evening and paid a rather high delivery charge for it!

I have sat in the window waiting since 4pm, at 8pm there is still no sign so i do a trace online and it says that my item has been delivered!!

I called the call center and they say that a delivery was attempted at 6.15 which is a blatant lie as my gate is still closed and no one has knocked the door or made any contact.

So, I have no item which I paid extra to receive, they say online that I have my item and yet the delivery driver now says he has it as there was no answer!!

Mistakes happen but to be lied to is simply unacceptable.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.
