Waited from 24 November to 8 December for a parcel to be delivered to my work address. Several calls to City
Link either resulted in broken promises or the phone being cut off. Contacted John Lewis, who were using City Link as the courier on several occasions. They also contacted City Link and were told what turned out to be outright lies about when delivery would take place. When parcel finally arrived it looked like it had been through a mangle. I understand this is a busy time of year but their management needs to plan for this and ensure their customer service is honest and up to scratch. I hope NEVER to have anything delivered by this firm again.
