Ordered goods from Amazon, according to their website, at the same time the goods were delivered to the City Link depot, City Link claimed they were trying to deliver them to the delivery address. They did not visit the house and they did not leave any cards. The next I learned was that they had returned the goods to Amazon because I had not contacted them to arrange collection. Amazon tried to pass it off that the goods had been returned because of late delivery. It was quite clear that City Link made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the goods and have wasted my time because of their poor attitude to service.
