“Possibly the worst delivery company ever”

Ordered something through a retailer, was promised a 7-10 day delivery time. Three days after nothing heard I get a call missed call from an unknown number saying they were CEVA and were calling to arrange delivery. I call them back and the nearest day was 15 days away. Miffed but agree as I wanted to take delivery of item. Receive a text message in the evening 30 hours before the item is due to be delivered saying they've changed the date putting the delivery back a day. The text message had no options to call them and discuss, no options to reschedule delivery. I rearrange for someone to wait in all day, however while I'm at work and unable to take phone calls they call my mobile, I can't take the call and they didn't leave a message. I get home to find that the items have not arrived, no one has attempted to deliver and they have not left any leaflet or note. I get no follow up calls or texts from the company to say they couldn't deliver, nor have they contacted the retailer to say they couldn't deliver. In the end I have given up dealing with this company and put it in the hands of the retailer to deal with this rogue 'delivery' company.

“Terrible service”

Promised delivery of two small dining chairs 29 July, text to confirm sent 18 July. No delivery as they couldn't find the house. Everyone else can, Currys, Next, Sky, plumber etc etc...Only prepared to re-delver on 6 August over a week later. Told me I should have given directions and told them of our narrow lane when they phoned - no call was ever made. I asked could they text 'we don't text', then who sent the message on 18 July. Very unhelpful customer services, would not even deliver to the local store so I could pick up myself.

“CEVA Delivery Services”

CEVA Delivery Services. Would not give them a star in my opinion, but was a required field. I placed an order with a well known store on the 12 June 2013 it was processed on 22nd June. CEVA delivery collected our bed base on 26th June it was due for delivery no later than 12 July. 12th July came & went no delivery they claimed they called however there was no answer machine recording of said claimed call, nor record of such. One month later 27th July they delivered our bed base it having stood in there warehouse for a whole month, the bed base was delivered damaged: 1/ Left draw broken 2/ Material of left draw frayed. 3/ Dent between Draws 4/ Foot of bed base frayed. 5/ Dirt ingrained in parts of fabric I would NOT recommend this company & recommend that you check on your carrier first prior to ordering.
