“Bad Bad company!!!!!!!!”

I don't want to give even one star!!! It took me more than 3 weeks to get my car. I called autoline 3 weeks ago and made arrangement to ship my car within 3-4 days. The car wasn't picked up after 5 days. I called autoline and representative who help me told me that first truck didn't have enough space to put my car on it. She promised fast shipment. A week passed, not hearing anything from autoline. So, I called. She said my car would pick up within 2 days. So, I waited. Didn't happened and... (read more)

“Great Auto Shipping Experience with Autoline! ”

This was hands down the car shipping experience I've ever had. While I had my concerns about transporting my car, the entire experience was surprisingly very easy. Autoline transport was great to respond to my all inquiries . They kept me updated everyday with emails, and the driver called quite frequently with updates also. They also provided the carrier's licensing and insurance documents for me upon my request. It took about 5 days from the pickup of the car for to the delivery.The... (read more)
