Terrible company, I would never use them again. I would advise anybody thinking of booking to avoid this company. If you love your pet, do not use this company.

Hi, this has been left by a disgruntled employee. We tried to help them both financially and through counselling but they decided to try and do it though cold turkey. Apologies to anyone who is distressed by having to read this review. You can see how high our review score is.

Hi there, if you have got to ready this review then you have past at least 105 5* reviews. Please can I ask you to read them as well and also go to our Facebook page.

In direct relation to this review, every time I tried to resolve the situation it was twisted in such a way I was never going to come out looking any better than before I went in, so I simply do not retort anymore. I hope to let our great reviews do the talking. Thank you for your understanding.
