On 27/10/2014 I did purchase from a UK address in order to receive some letters. I did pay £60 (for medium user services) but the next day I changed my mind and emailed the company in order to cancel the transaction according to their money back warranty. [Money Back Guarantee at Address123.co.uk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. That's why if after signing-up with us you decide the service is not for you, we'll happily refund 100% of your money (within 14 days)]. Three days later I did sent a recorded letter to them requesting cancellation of the service. The letter and the email were totally ignored. I did contact several times the customer services number that did charge a premium rate of 50p per minute + network charges. Totally over the year all calls to the premium 0907 number did cost me over than £12 , and every time I called the response was the same : someone will call you back as soon as they are available , please leave your details with us. Then I did contact the citizen’s advice consumer service for advice. According to their advice I did write two more letters to the company that were received and signed for but were totally ignored. Surprisingly there was no call returned until today or response to any of the letters or email being sent. Finally I have decided to take the company to the small claims court. After sending to their address the relevant paperwork they did refuse to sign for the letter, and claimed that their address has been changed. Few days ago I did receive an email from that company in order to renew their services, with the address of the company remaining the same as before. At the moment I am on the process of sending last bits of paperwork to the court. My advice is please avoid purchasing any services from this company. I would really appreciate your support and signature if you have been a victim by this company.

Address123, trading as 1st Secretarial and NoMissedCalls. NEVER deliver mail on time in real time. They hold on to ALL mail sent to their Holborn office, they sell client details to a mailing list and they demand renewals for their 'professional services' three months after registering with them with the threat of discontinuing their 'professional services' and returning all mail in their possession. They hold business letters, bank cards, bank PIN numbers, passports + other important documents. Negligible customer service. Refusing paying clients any access to their mail, even when payment has been made in cash to their Barclays Bank account. No telephones or emails when mail has been received at the Hatton Garden office. The premium number is NOT answered and cuts out after a few rings. Access to the building, but not to the office to personally collect mail, even when you have provided TWO WEEKS+ notice. They have been reported to the ICO, HMRC and Camden Council but still they are able to operate fraudulently. A highly dubious mailing address service for start-ups, SME's and anyone around the world seeking a virtual London address for bona fide activities. I have tried to retrieve mail from since 2014 and no-one bothers to acknowledge emails and telephone calls. YET, the owners continue to send renewal emails in order to continue receiving 'professional services'. Do not waste any money with this company. READ 'Rip Off Report' for dissatisfaction with the service. On a past; sole, visit to the Hatton Garden office there were multiple mailbags unopened in the late afternoon, post left unattended and not grouped accordingly for the attention of various clients. Owners seem to be of Pakistan/Indian origin. Only name given is a woman. Doubt if that is a real name of staff. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Address 123.co.UK also trading as 1st Secretarial is a complete Sham. Please stay away from them. I registered in February 2015 and did not think to send a test post. Only discovered recently that post sent to my company since February when I first registerd is still not with me. Post and other important documents sent from the bank since May is still with these people and I am unable to get hold of my post.I'm losing business and having to ring their premium rate number at 60pence per minute plus costs, constantly is no joke. No one gets back to you. Surely there must be legal grounds to take action against this setup.

Address123 is trading name of 1stsecretarial I wish I have read other reviews before I lost my initial funds with those bunch of anonymous, ugly nonprofessionals! But lesson learned ! Signed up with them, and same day I posted a TEST mail through RoyalMail to my virtual address provided by them. Expected mail to be scanned and emailed back to myself. Nothing for the next 11 (ELEVEN) days! Decided to cancel service before 14 days money back guarantee. They refused saying, I have already used the address. Their own T&C's create controversy. Once they received my cancel request they eventually found the test mail, scanned it and sent back to me, Their email response time sucks - 2 days for reply. If you call automatic message provides another premium number to talk to live representative and they charge you 60p per min ! 3 weeks passed after registration, in the meantime they scanned 1 test letter (of 30 letters allowance) and already sent me subscription renewal demand! STAY AWAY !!
