I am not usually one know for complaining but from my experience, the service from this company is terrible. I received a card to notify me that a failed delivery had taken place, I was then advised to ring my local depot to re-arrange delivery. Before doing so, I checked the company's website which clearly states that they offer delivery at specified time slots (including Saturday am, and before 9am on a weekday). I phoned my local depot (Trafford)hoping to arrange re-delivery for a Saturday morning (as I couldn't get any time off work) and was flatly told that this was not possible. I then asked if a 'before 9am' slot on a weekday was possible, in which I was then informed that there was no telling as to when it would come. I finally agreed re-delivery for the next day, even though there would be very little chance that I would be in to accept the parcel (picking the parcel up in person from the depot would have meant catching 3 buses). The parcel was 'delivered' the next day in that it was simply left on my front doorstep!
I really wished that the company I ordered from had used an alternative courier service. Even Royal Mail would have been preferable! At least I could re-arrange delivery with relative ease on a timeslot of my choosing!
