    I took out a poilcy with the post office two years ago, eight months into this poilicy I recived a letter to say that they had cancelled my insurance (for no reason) I got that letter in May, they had cancelled it since February!     Twice customer services promised to call me back and didn't - until I put my complaint in writing.
    .......and I'm still waiting for my £400 back!
    Will never use Post Office insurance again.

    I phoned The Post Office three weeks before my policy ended to say I would not be renewing.
    They have now taken over £400 off my credit card 'by mistake'.
    It will apparently take them 7 working days to refund this money.

    Please flee from Post Office Insurance. I wish I read customer reviews before plungng myself into these fd$tr$ in Policy Statement clothing. I paid a fortune to get out of their noose. Don't be trapped. please avoid at all cost

    Avoid this car insurance company at all costs. I chose them due to them providing the cheapest quote both on my provisional & full licence; however, once i past my test - my premium went up way beyond what they said it would (even though it was two weeks after i first took out insurance with them).
