  Absolutely the worst insurer i have ever had the priviledge of using ever AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have personally been insured by a good 80% of highstreet insurers and so when it was time to shop for a new policy on behalf of my mother i thought i would opt for the post office on her behalf, yes because it was cheap, but also because i thought the service would be class, how wrong could i be.The premium cost £125 for the year so my mum opted to pay by monthly installments, ...

  Very dissapointed with Post Office Car Insurance - I feel very let downI was forced to guess a date when I bought my car - a month into my policy I had a letter to say the date I bought the car was incorrect and the fee for updating this was £20 plus £34 as the underwriters had reviewed the change and decided to up the premium. The car is 10 years old and I have had it for 2 years. I don't see why the lenght of time you own a car alters your premium!!!If you ...

  My mother-in-Law was taken seriously ill during our 3rd day in Florida. Rang the help line. they requested her details, hospital, doctor etc and said they would ring us back. 10 mins later rang with a couple of flights we could get back. Chose which one we wanted. Unfortunately couldn't get to our original airport but provided us with a taxi from Manchester to Sunderland.
