More like 3.5 stars. Taylor Swift is talented, she writes her own songs, and being a cute blonde certainly hasn't hurt her career. That being said, she's a bit too much pop and not enough country for my taste. Congratulations on winning CMA Entertainer of the Year at only 19 years old, Taylor, you sold the albums and concert tickets it takes to earn that award. However, I really do hope that this isn't the direction that country music is taking. But country music has recovered from worse misdirection than this (John Denver won Entertainer of the Year in 1975, and it took over a decade for country music to recover from some others put out in the mid to late 70s)
