The LG 50PT353 50" plasma TV is a TV that appeals to users. They like the fact that the plasma TV has a 50in screen. A lot of users really like being able to watch videos and programmes on this big screen. It gave many users a real home theatre performance. Other features users liked are the design. They are impressed by the slim design. Its sleek finish appeals to a number of users. They like the fact that it looks good in the living room. However the downside of the design users found was the fact they felt it was difficult and uncomfortable to hold. This was because as they installed the TV they felt the main bezel edges top sheet sticks out too much. Due to this they were also afraid of breaking it during installation. Despite this users were happy with the number of connections it has. They liked the fact the TV had an Ethernet port. They were happy they could use interactive services. Several users were happy with the fact the TV came with an in-built Freeview HD tuner. Others liked they were able to access files on their PC using a DLNA connector. In general users found the apps equally impressive. Several users liked the fact they could access their online photos using Picasa. Other users were happy with being able to connect to YouTube, and many other apps that are currently available. The good points users found with this TV was the fact they were able to play JPEG photos, MP3 music files and videos in DivX format. Other users enjoyed being given the opportunity to connect to the internet via an optional USB Wi-Fi dongle. Several users were happy with the picture quality. They were impressed by the quality of the blacks especially during dark scenes. They liked the fact it left dark scenes looking natural, showing detail and dynamics. Overall users found this a TV gave an all round picture performance that is of quality. They found it reasonable and would recommend it to other users.
