purchased a groupon voucher on the 1st May for Pillar box roses. Paid for the delivery of £4.95, the voucher stated 10 days for delivery. It's now the 18th May and no sign. I have emailed this company more times that I care to mention, and no reply. Rang their customer service today, got transferred to 4 different people, and eventually was told that the 10 day turnaround was incorrect. It's 28 days. Not even an apology. Wish I hadn't bothered! I just hope that the roses arrive alive rather than dead, after reading other comments on here!
I would write a complaint letter to them.... doubtful it would get a response!
