I've been using Sutton Seeds for more years than I care to remember and whenever I've needed to contact them, their Customer service is top drawer. Products always delivered on time and all my seeds have fantastic germination rates. It's no wonder they've been in business since 1806 and provided to the Queen's seedsman. (read more)

“Bare Root Fruit Trees”

Bought 4 bare root fruit trees from Suttons and was apprehensive buying them online without seeing them. My fears were unfounded, they arrived well packed and in good condition, however we were covered with snow. The leaflet which was included with the trees was invaluable and I did as advised and put them in the shed, where they stayed for a week. although i cancelled my order sutton seeds dealt with it very well. i probably ordered my plants too late in the season, and one part of the order came which i was disappointed with, but they happily offered an exchange or refund. the refund was very quick, i will use them again for stuff as i found them helpful and polite, i believe they are people you can trust, the fact that they offer paypal as a means of payment is a massive plus on my part. because sutton seeds is the only one i have... I have bought seeds from suttons for many years and always have been impressed with the veg i have been able to grow, my most favourite being Sweetcorn, i had not realised you didn't need that much space to get a decent crop, nothing beats home grown veg! (read more)
