I use TeamWox for 10 months. It's a groupware with crm, service desk, document and task management tools, email client and IP PBX phone system.
I'm very pleased and incredibly happy for the fact that the developer offers a free version for up to 10 users with unlimited functionality and all updates. Very simple and friendly interface.
There is a SDK but there isn't enough of integration with other systems.
