  Adobe have had the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced! Let alone trying to find a number that's right to help you, they have made it impossible to speak to anyone in the UK! I bought Photoshop Elements after many months trying to find a person who could understand how to order it. Once received there is a problem with it...   This is a application with an Invasive installation. For me, It auto-launches at system startup or whenever my cell phone is within bluetooh range. The application then hangs while trying to read the entire contents of my cell phone memory and when I'm not even trying to work on photos at all. There is no option to "not" auto launch and I had to use the Task Manager to force this program to quit every time my cell phone was in range.   Most disappointing that I'm unable to burn to DVD/CD and even more disappointed that Adobe can't fix the problem. They gave me the run around until I gave up.

  As I said, I used to use Paint Shop Pro, I still find it easier to use but Photoshop runs better for me, and probably a lot of others, Photoshop 10 takes about 30 seconds to load and be ready for what I needed to do, PSP still takes at least 2 minutes to be ready. It takes slightly longer than PSP to get things the way you need them for each picture as well but in the end, I prefer ...

  Because the inability to do ad hoc type creations, I find this tool to be extremely limiting and very frustrating.
