I got stopped in manchester and asked if i was interested in modelling. I bought a £25 voucher off them. I was told because i was 'scouted' i was getting a good deal. I rang up before i went and asked how much the modelling portofolio would be and they were unable to give me an answer. I went anyway and to be fair to them the photos were good, the make up wasnt too bad but id probably have preferred to have done it myself. So after looking at the photos i chose 5 that i wanted, i got told it would be a £100 deposit then £25 a month for 12 months and there special offer at the time was that you got 5 free photos (10 altogether) so they were charging £400 for 10 photos which was far too expensive. However i was told i got a free photo with my voucher, 5 months and several phone calls and emails later i still havnt got it. Along with all of this i was told they would help promote my portfolio and i was told at the beginning this was free of charge (didnt need to buy photos) but when i didnt actually buy any they weren't able to promote my photos. Absolute joke. If i new i wasnt going to recieve the free photo id probably have paid for 1 or 2. So i would strongly suggest you getting as much information as you can from them (this is quite a task) before going because my trip was an absolute waste of time after being told so much rubbish.

Hello, I wonder if you could help me at all. I was scouted in Manchester by a representative of this company. She started telling me about how I looked right for modelling and they had scouted people that went on to model for Hugo Boss, and TopShop. I can't not say that I was excited, and she told me that it usually cost £150 for a 'high fashion photo shoot' but for me as I had been scouted it was only £25. I was very wary because I didn't even know the place, but she told me to book an appointment. My Mum spoke with the company and they told us all about it. I also asked the lady if I would have to pay anything more out because my Mum doesn't have a lot of money to give out, she said no because I had payed £25 it had covered the hair, make up and photoshoot and they would send me one free photo. However if I wanted more photos I would have to pay.
Now I'm reading these reviews, my appointment is tomorrow and people are saying they were forced to buy photos and contracts. I do not want photos, I just want what I have payed for. I am worried that I will get there tomorrow and after the process they will then tell me that I have to pay a massive bill that my Mum can't pay. Please help

Hi.
Sorry i have only just been emailed about your comment now or i would have been more than happy to help!
i will answer anyway in case anyone is in the same position as yourself.
The same exact thing happened to me i was told all of these things that i will be put forward for modelling but what they don't tell you is that if you don't buy any photos they don't help you at all. And by put forward for modelling I mean they take your photos to fashion shoots and if anyone is interested they pass on your details but to me it just sounded like a massive trick. I didn't even recieve my one free photo from them after emailing and calling them.
However this is my opinion and I hope you had a better experience with them.
Sorry again I couldn't help sooner.
