I thought the makeover I had with New ID was pretty incredible really.
I loved the salon as soon as I got in there. They were playing some really cool music. There was Bucks Fizz if you wanted it and hot drinks that were just perfect for yet another cold and rainy day!
The chick on reception was well friendly and she also seemed really enthusiastic about the makeover as well, even though she must have explained it to other people about a million times. To me she acted like every person she had put through the experience was an individual and she seemed to genuinely care that you were getting what you wanted out of the day.
The other staff were well nice as well. I got a really good vibe off all of them. The salon was pretty busy ad buzzing with action and I got on really well with the other people that were there on that day and came in all shapes and sizes. There was a really nice older lady there that was probably touching seventy and they made her look about twenty years younger, you could tell how happy she was with her makeup. There was a young couple there with two kids who also looked to be having an amazing time and a younger couple that had just come back off honeymoon.
I was there for five hours and loved it. The shots were great, plenty to choose from, even though I could only afford four and the whole place just has a really good feel about it.
