Website
Easy to get around. Lots of information. Easy to compare the different products. Terms and conditions laid out. Great little video clips
Booking
Easy, choose a deal online, get a voucher and info pack through the post, phone up and book. Could not be more simple.
Deals
Very good last minute deals to be had on the New ID website. I like the role over deal that doubles your money when you pay up front to buy the prints.
Salon
Very nice, lots of fun, nicely decorated, very busy and lots going on.
Staff
All very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with the photographer and all of the makeover staff. The guy that showed me the pictures however was a little pushy.
Hairdressing
Very good indeed. For once I did not come away from having my hair cut wondering why they almost cut so much off even when you tell them not to. I was impressed with the consultation first to work out what I wanted done to my hair.
Makeup
Rather heavy due to having to have enough on that it does not get bleached out by the lighting in the photographic studio but still very good and looked perfect on the shots.
Photo shoot
Had a blast, I was very impressed as to how they get so many different backgrounds into such a small room. The photographer was creative and the shots were well composed.
Prints
There were plenty to choose from. Not an easy decision, but they were all jolly good. Pity it takes so long for them to send them to you.
Refreshments
Never had so much Bucks Fizz in my life!
