I was very happy with the service that I received from New ID.
To be honest I had no idea what to expect having never had a makeover before and I was very nervous about going, to the point that I almost canceled the whole thing as I was feeling quite sick about going in front of the camera despite being very keen to have some nice pictures of myself.
I umed and arhed about just not turning up, after all it was only twenty five pounds to book, but my husband talked me into still going, which I did and I had a really great time thanks to the amazing and supportive staff at the branch.
I got in and told them right away how I was feeling and they were superb, the receptionist gave me a drink and sat me down and talked to me to get me to calm down, then the consultant came over and gave me lots of information and advice about the makeover. Once that conversation was over I felt a lot better and it was lovely to have my hair and makeup done.
Once I was ready, and I have to admit I was looking great, the nerves came on again once again the staff did a great job of calming me down and I stepped into the photo studio and the knees went again, the photographer took over and made me feel so calm and took what I would call easy shots to start off with before I started to really pose. It was all so calm and so un hurried and the staff were so great I wanted to come on here and say a big thank you to them for getting me to go ahead and have the shots done. They came out super and I am very happy to recommend this company even to those like me that have no confidence because I am glad I did it and it has actually given me a lot of confidence.
