I should have written this review sooner but couldn't agree more with the reviews on here.
My wedding was just over a year ago now and we booked this character almost 10 months in advance of the wedding. He came across so professional on meeting him the first time and we though we had the deal of a lifetime. Should have known it was too good to be true. We never heard anything from Matthew after that day and one week before the wedding started to panic. We could not reach him on the phone or email.
With no other option we had to resort to booking another photographer (we were lucky to have such supportive parents to help pay for this). On the day of the wedding my wife and I both received a text message from Matthew to tell us he had been in hospital with a shoulder injury and could not do the full day. He offered, instead, to come and shoot the church ceremony though.
This excuse is very similar to what some of the other reviews here say and we swiftly told him where to go. I even went to the extent of going to his registered offices to confront him after our honeymoon and get our money back. Neither sight not sound. Business nearby said they knew the business but had not seen them in some time.
After threatening legal action, we did get our money back, but this outfit is just not to be trusted. Steer very clear of them!

Hi sorry to bother you but your story is very similar to mine although we paid a deposit of £150 and never received a refund. We to were very lucky that family stepped in and booked another photographer as after meeting him and paying a deposit we never heard off him and could not contact him the number we had became unrecognised and he never replied to any emails. I wish I had done more at the time but panicked so much as we saved for the wedding ourselves and were on a very tight budget so when he vanished into thin air I was distraught thinking that we would not even be able to have a photographer on are special day. Whether or not this man had an injury or not his behaviour was very unprofessional and disgusting to take peoples money like ourselves that spent two years saving for our wedding having to work 2 jobs ridiculous hours and to have £150 taken from us when we had put trust in him to photograph our special day he should not be able to carry on. If anyone has a contact number from him or email address I would be very grateful for the details thank you.
