None of this experience was relaxing or fun. We were taken straight in and separated for nails hair and make up, instead of enjoying his we were handed a clipboard to fill out our life’s details in...my daughter struggled with the form with her being young and it was complicated. I was trying too fill mine in with wet nails which ended up with them being a complete mess! We were then shown our room to change and told to go sit on a bench when we were ready. No time to organise our outfits with the poses and consequently our best outfits are on the head shots! We were told we had to hurry as only 45 minutes is allowed for the shots. After that we were told to wait to view them...apparently it’s £995 for one set but she would do all the sets for that price for us (really?) as I couldn’t say no to my daughters shots I ended up buying all of them for that price. We were quickly shipped to the desk to take payment and told to wait for our usbs with the photos on....then nothing, we had paid so they weren’t interested anymore.
When I booked this shoot I was promised a free gift on arrival...which didn’t happen, and a free 6x4 print for each of us free...this also didn’t happen. It was such a whirlwind of an afternoon I didn’t even have time to realise this until I got home. I then went on to email the company to explain all this to get a reply saying thy had spoken to the staff and they have said that I am wrong so that’s that. He did say he would get the free stuff I was supposed to have received in the post if I confirmed my address with him etc....this was over a month ago and still nothing! Avoid this company!!! There are so many others that would give you the experience you want not what I got. I honestly felt like cattle being herded.

Sounds exactly like my experience.they were 1&3/4 hours late to start us.my makeup was horrendous to the fact it never even looked like me in mirror.i was so upset.the photos were exactly sane poses as my friends who came with me in record time.i ended up feeling oressured to buy 4 digital images at a WHOPPING £250 as she kept telling my daughter how gorgeous she looked & so she wanted them.so I spent £250 just so I now have to pay prob another £100 to look at the prints On my wall.i wouldn’t of minded paying if I git the framed pictures.stay away. i emailed & had sane response as you.”we spoke to the girl blah blah blah.they should be disgusted

They are shocking! I’m sorry you had a shocking experience too. Like you said about your daughter they did that with mine so I felt I couldn’t leave them but we ended up forking our £1000. She said she would do us a deal and we would get 3 sets for the price of one and seen as I couldn’t leave my daughters as they were so amazing I might as well.
The managing director of the company was both rude and arrogant when I emailed him...not even saying who he was until I figured it out. I said I wanted to speak with someone above him and he sent a reply with just a name...his name! That’s when I clicked and realised there was nothing I could do. Complained to an ombudsman too but they are not part of a scheme where they can investigate it or something...no wonder!
