Flawless Studios Manchester Review

I paid to get a makeover for me and my daughter for a confidence boost for both of us. I was hounded to make the booking when I knew and said I couldn't make the date yet they continued to pressure me. They said I could change it as voucher was 12 months. I cancelled and lost my deposit yet still received nothing. I have mental health issues and I felt bullied into buying and booking. I've rung and sent emails and received nothing from them. I believe that I was persuadede into believing I'd receive a photo shoot and a large picture. She made out she gave me loads of offers and discounts. Please be aware you don't get anything for the money you pay unless you do what they say. I couldn't make before Xmas they knew this is tried to change till after Xmas and nothing as come to light. I'm feeling robbed as a single parent that money could of been spent on my daughter to do other things. I feel ddissapointed
