I have been a Smilebox fan for several years now. Recently, I signed in to smilebox under a non-registered email account (I have several email addresses, as I sure many do) but I went one step further and purchased another one year membership (My own mistake). When I realized my error, I emailed the folks at Smilebox and they reversed the charge, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I am very appreciative and pleased with their attention to customer service!
