“Problems with creating a DVD”

I had problems with the DVD creation. Thanks to the rapid response from support Smilebox, the problem was quickly resolved. I have pleasure to work with the program and when I send a created Smilebox, I always get positive answers. It would be nice if Smilebox would also support the 16:9 format for DVD shows.

I did not have a good experience with smilebox. I unsucribed to the program and they blocked my account 2 month before my contract expired and they don't return never my money for these two month. I send e-mails many times and they didn't answer. I don't recommend this website. T.A. from Alabama.
