Their services JUST WORK. Their web app is STUPID EASY: you just look at it and you can figure it out. Want to do something a bit more technical (like SSH keys) -- they have killer tutorials for that (with pictures that have circles and arrows and a short paragraph explaining..) Best yet, when a problem happens, YOU GET TO TALK TO THE ENGINEER WHO WILL BE FIXING THE BLOODY THING. In short, if you aren't using Exavault, you need your head examined.

ExaVault is a very well done service, which I use almost daily. They let me connect with FTP and SFTP, and also via my browser. It's very speedy even though their servers are in CA and I'm in NY. I use it for clients all over the world. The customer support team is also great; they've helped me several times and have been very patient. Would definitely recommend this if you need file transfer services or FTP.
