Wanted a refund of a subscription amount which got unwilling deducted from my bank account. I got mails that the refund has been initiated but the bank account summary and account balance isn't saying so.

I had a very neagitive experience with this company. Be careful giving them your credit card information. Their service is poor. I DO NOT recommend this company!!

When you come to cancel, it is a challenge to find out where in the website to cancel. They then put repeated attempts to get you to stay, finally when you come to the end the 'FINAL' cancel button is not actiovated so nothing happens.

Most sites that offer a free trial are actually interested in people using and liking their services and products. But not Dreamstime. They are only interested in offering low quality products and getting your money.

I used to have accounts with several agencies until I realized I was paying more and wasting time between accounts. Sometimes I downloaded the same file on two accounts and comparing the prices I decided Dreamstime is the best. They have a very flexible pricing structure, using both credits and subscriptions. Unused downloads rollover as long as you keep your subscription active. Not perfect, but fair enough for me. I keep a small subscription active all the time. I usually download a few tens of images each month but every now and then I need more. That's when their rollover system comes handy. Did I mention they don't have daily limits unlike Fotalia and Shuttersotck?

We got a great selection of graphics for our budget. Dreamstime scores higher for content selection than several other 'top' sites online. Our projects called for several special graphics which we were very pleased to quickly find in Dreamstime. I didn't like having to download a zipped graphics file as a "PC Exe" and converting it in order to open it on my MacBookPro. No problem though. The graphics were all clear and crisp per the sizes I purchased. I recommend Dreamstime to anyone looking for great graphics and photos.

I started working woth Dreamstime for a project that needed a lot of images and Dreamstime has proven to be both efficient and well stocked with the images i need. I additionally like their share revenue model and hope to try this aspect out one day.

Purchased a set of footer designs but when I downloaded it, it was all one image and I had to manually select which footer design I wanted and re-size it.
