I had a great conversation with an advisor and she was very helpful in helping me assess my problem. My previous phone call was with a disgruntled employee, but she was precise and helpful. There was an error in billing with our account and she helped resolve the issue in a matter minutes. My last phone call was over 30 minutes with a lady that was unhelpful and should be given coffee cleanup duty for a month. I have a renewed faith in Dreamstime because of her customer service. She should be given a gold star, free image downloads, or a giftcard to Kayne Prime Steakhouse.
