I was accidentally double charged probably because I was new to the site and purchasing. The Customer Service centre were brilliant. I had a REAL person. The matter was swiftly and efficiently dealt with and resolved in 24 hours or so. The money was refunded back to me and confirmation of my purchases were given. Very personal, cheerful and caring service. A rarity these days whether on line or not.
