I have never used this site before, but my friend suggested it to me, as I am making my wedding invitations and wanted to download an image. There were plenty of great designs to choose from, but when I finally went to download the image, there was a glitch and the download did not appear to be successful. I kept trying and as a result, downloaded and paid for the image twice. When I reported this, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response the next day. Nicole from Dreamstime was kind enough to re-credit my account and remove the duplicate image. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service I have received. Because of this, I would recommend the site to others. Thank you Nicole, for making this a good experience.
