Great feedback on rejected images

Dreamstime has fantastic feedback for rejected images. Each refused image receives a basic reason it was rejected. If the reason is not clear, contributors can ask for further clarification by sending an email to support. I recently had an image rejected for a reason that I could not see. I asked, and not only did support explain the problem further, they showed me how the image could have been improved by sending a piece of my image back with a portion of it cleaned (though still not perfect). Further, they gave suggestions as to what camera settings might have worked better for a cleaner image. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the individual response to my question. I certainly do not expect them to give this type of answer ever again, but I was very happy and I hope to use their suggestions to keep improving the quality of my submissions in the future.
