I love it and especially love the new features not found in CS4.

The "content aware" fill feature is a must have miracle worker that allows the user to repair and creatively enhance images.

The 3D features in the extended version allow users to create 3D objects that can be moved or rotated in a manner that allows for some interesting animation effects.

I think that the selections refine edges tools alone are worth the cost of an upgrade from earlier versions.
