I ordered some prints from Snapfish - I used their 'first 50 photos free' service as I was a new customer.
The upload and ordering is fairly easy.
However - how long does it take to send the photos? I uploaded on 12th November, photos were allegedly processed and sent to me on 13th November. Great, I thought I'd get them in time for the weekend on 17th Novemebr - Snapfish claim that they send photos by Royal Mail 1st Class and that it takes 1-3 days for them to arrive.
I paid £1.99 for postage and packing.
It's now 22nd November - still no photos.
I've emailsed the Snapfish Customer Services on 19th November, they claim the photos were indeed sent on 13th December, and that I should 'wait a few more days'.
How long do I wait??? were the photos really sent? are they lost in the post?
In the meantime - I'll need to go somewhere else to get the prints...
