“Printing quality”

This is the first time I have used Snapfish and I am so disappointed with the results. I had taken wedding photo's that I had taken a good deal of time editing to perfection. 20% of the prints arrived with the bride and grooms heads chopped off and these shots were perfect beforehand. Plus, all the prints were random varying sizes.

I am sorry to read you were dissapointed with the results of your print order. We do print to your specification so if heads were chopped this is either a preview error or a production error.
