“The most expensive and worst service ever”

I came to the shop, the people there do not know the size 4x6 inches in cm. They charged me £5 for printing a SINGLE photo, and said that is the minimum price.

NEVER COME THERE AGAIN

Hi James,

Really sorry to read you were not happy with your order. £5 for a single photo does not sound in line with our price structure. We do however display the price, prior to our customers placing their order on the site.

New customers for example will get 20 free prints (just paying the cost of shipping)

Do you have a support ticket reference number? If so we would really like to investigate further and ensure this is fairly resolved.
