Curioiusly this review refers to a mistake made by the Pixum team or more accurately to the way they dealt with said mistake! I am hoping that anyone reading this would not be put off by the fact they have made a mistake - to err is to be human - what sets a company apart is how they deal with that mistake - in this case , brilliantly!
I have used Pixum on MANY occasions over the last two-three years and have always been impressed by the quality of their propduct and their turnaroud times. This one time however led to one of the four photo albums I had completed at a wedding and had printed at Pixum , coming basck with someone elses photos in it as well as my couples - I emailed. The response was within hours, succinct , apologetic and couldnt have been more helpful. They refunded my original order and sent me new photo albums - the refund being immediate the new albums within five days. They were most courteous and should be applauded. As I said at the start I dont think anyone should be chastised for maijng the odd mistake - it would be strange if we didnt! Judgment should follow the response to that mistake and I could not have been happier with their response!!
Finally if you stick with Pixum and order a few things their constant array of really generous offers sent to you by email is a real added bonus.
