I wanted to make up a Photobook. Even though I downloaded the IPad app I struggled to get going as I repeatedly got the message that access to my photos was denied. I eventually discovered that this was because of the iPad privacy settings which I discovered after one hopeless "live chat" conversation and two calls to customer service. The representatives were very friendly but it was only after a second call to a photobox that the privacy settings was discovered to be the issue. Great! Perhaps I should have known this myself but I bet I am not the only one who doesn't! So, I thought I was ready and everything seemed to be going well and I had placed all my pictures in position in my Photobook. Then when I wanted to move on to the next stage in the process and pay the screen froze and I could not continue or go back! I had to turn my iPad off to be able to use it again. I tried to go back to the Photobook and the same thing continued to happen each time. I have wasted enough time on this and I will not be going back to photo books in Photobox! They really need to get the IPad app glitches sorted out.
