High quality service

I ordered a photo book to share my holiday experience with my partner, family & friends, although when ordering it did stipulate some pictures where low in resolution, it didn't suggest how to improve it (which now I know is to make the picture smaller) I explained this in a survey asked of me by the company - they emailed me to firstly apologize which I though was decent & secondly to kindly give me the money back in the form of a credit to my account to allow me to make the book again with the suggestions given! I felt this was kind, thoughtful, considerate but more importantly a high level of quality service & customer satisfaction - most companies wouldn't even ask you what you thought about the product let alone get back in contact with you if your unhappy with the service (ie 02 mobile phone company) I have ordered from
Photobox before & I will & would highly recommend them purely based on their level of customer care!
